Challenge: CPB Contractors needed to transform a standard, low-impact safety event into an engaging, participatory forum that drove 200% leadership accountability and aligned the organization on safety excellence.

Approach: Working alongside the team at Struber, I helped rebrand the initiative as The Safety Exchange: Accountability in Action. I designed dynamic event collateral and visual content that reinforced the program's core messaging, successfully shifting the format from a standard corporate presentation to a collaborative, visually engaging experience.
